Job Overview
Role Summary/Purpose
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing contracts starting from transfer meeting to managing the Quality, Cost, and Delivery of the entire execution process by ensuring on time delivery according to contractual terms, high level of customer satisfaction and controlling and improving the Gross Margin and cash related to contracts.
Essential Responsibilities
Non-supervisory role that is responsible for customer project management. Works with diverse clients in a region. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.
Main responsibilities:
Order transfer & review for two product lines (Circuit Breakers and Instrument Transformers), contract delivery & performance, contract review and risks & opportunities management, receivables management, Erection and Commissioning Co-ordination, customer satisfaction. Coordinate commission payments for all sales representatives.
Output/measurement criteria:
Time taken for acknowledging order, Time taken for engineering (Both measured from the date of order transfer), customer on-time delivery (A1), margin slippage (%), respect of 8-week manufacturing freeze period, claims accepted by customer (as % of sales), On-time invoicing, Overdues (as % of receivables), FAT completion (%)
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Project / Contract Management
