Pay: $$70,000-$90,000/year based on experience
Location: Kittanning, PA
Schedule: In office
Using engineering principles and design software helps to design, install, modify, analyze, repair and test tools, engines, machines and other mechanically functioning equipment.
Job Duties:
- Reads and interprets blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and computer-generated reports
- Confers with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions and provide technical information
- Designs equipment specifications and compliance with operation and safety standards
- Researches and analyzes customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements
- Performs work under direct supervision
- Handles basic issues and problems
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or Technical Degree in Engineering required
Experience:
- Natural gas experience is a plus
