Salary: Base Salary + Quarterly Bonus, based on experience

Location: Charleroi, PA

Schedule: Full-time, on-site position. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

 

The key responsibilities are:

  • Establish relationships, interact regularly with employees to provide them a medium to share their concerns in order to develop a positive work environment

  • Conduct skills and behaviors assessment of candidates to assess capabilities and skills virtually and/or in person

  • Coordinate with client to understand specific job positions and requirements

  • Search, identify, and reach out to potential candidates via text, calls, and email

  • Prepare and host in-person hiring events

  • Meet with hiring managers- set check-in cadences- assess applicants- and advance candidates through the interview phases

  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development

Requirements:

  • Accustomed to being on the phone and scheduling appointments

  • At least 1 year of Human Resources and recruiting experience

  • Well-spoken with professional presentation skills/ exceptional customer service;

  • Very proficient in Typing, Word and Excel;

  • Tech savvy;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
