The Client Care Associate is responsible for performing critical agency business processes related to the  provision of care to the client, including staff recruitment, client intake, scheduling, and other related  processes. The Client Care Associate also performs administrative processes necessary for the success  of the agency.

Pay: $40,000-$45,000
Location: McMurray, PA
Job Duties:

  • Coordination of the recruitment process for home care team members–receiving resumes,  scheduling interviews with management staff, managing disposition of candidates in tracking  system, collecting and managing required forms and paperwork. 
  • General administrative support for management staff, including Branch Manager, Director of  Nursing and Sales & Marketing Manager.  
  • Scheduling, payroll, and invoicing support for Branch Manager.  
  • Answering phone and working with potential clients to assess needs and set up appointments with  management staff.  
  • Managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments.  
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • BA/BS preferred, significant (2 years +) experience in similar position may be an acceptable  alternative.  
  • Superior customer service orientation.  
  • Must be comfortable handling complex scheduling demands.  
  • Exceptional computer skills (Internet and Word essential, Excel and Outlook preferred). It is  imperative that the individual is able to learn new and proprietary software packages.  5) Excellent phone voice – must be able to "hear" the smile.  
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence as required by BrightStar guidelines as well as  the ability to respond professionally and appropriately on behalf of BrightStar.  
  • Must be highly motivated, a self-starter and capable of working autonomously with strong  organization and problem-solving skills. 
  • Requires the ability to prioritize and complete work on time, be detail-oriented, exhibit a service  orientation to clients and be a team player with a positive attitude.  
  • Requires solid organizational skills, thoroughness and multi-tasking. Requires good interpersonal  skills and exhibit a service orientation towards others.  
  • Must have the ability to demonstrate solid judgment about patient care.
