Pay: $22/hour
Shift: 4pm
Class A Professional Driver with Hazmat endorsement or willing to obtain within 90 days, operating daily routes. Lanes originate from our Altoona terminal and go to either Clinton, PA, Berea, OH or Clarion, PA nightly. Full-time position. Home daily. Overtime after 40 hours.
Duties:
• Assist with the loading & unloading of vehicles, as needed
• Equipment: Drivers are assigned a truck, Automatic, Freightliners, Penske leased/maintained
• Fuel card & EZ-pass provided
• Daily routes Monday – Friday. Weekend work available
• Safely operate Straight truck
• Properly track and document activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect truck before and after route
Qualifications:
• Commercial driving experience
• 22 years of age minimum
• Maintain a Commercial driver’s license & Medical Card
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic
